This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role based in Minnetonka, MN. The Sales Development Representative will focus on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach. Day-to-day responsibilties include making 120 calls with a advanced dialer/lead system and setting appointments or demos for the sales team. The individual in this role is expected to meet and exceed activity and pipeline targets while representing Oxsome’s products and services in a professional, consultative manner.

• Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience identifying and qualifying prospects.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Sales skills to engage prospects, handle objections, and move opportunities forward.
• Candidates should possess Business Development capabilities, including building relationships and understanding customer needs.
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with CRM or sales engagement tools are beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Minnetonka, MN, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Prior experience in technology or SaaS sales, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales metrics, is a plus.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
