Entry Level Sales, Service, and Operations Associate

Walser Automotive Group is seeking an Entry Level Sales, Service, and Operations Associate for our West Metro locations. In this role, you'll greet customers, support the sales team with test drives and vehicle presentations, and assist service and operations with scheduling, check-ins, and basic administrative tasks. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and service area
• Support sales staff with test drives, vehicle presentations, and paperwork
• Coordinate service appointments, vehicle check-in, and status updates
• Handle basic administrative and data entry tasks in dealership systems
• Maintain clean, organized customer and vehicle areas
• Communicate Walser's one-price, negotiation-free model clearly
• Provide prompt, friendly responses to customer questions and concerns
• Collaborate with sales, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Learn product knowledge and dealership processes through training
