Position: Security Officer - Healthcare Patrol Driver Weekdays in Minnetonka, MN

Pay Rate: $18.38 / Hour

What You ll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions per site requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, parking areas, and perimeter zones to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Control access by monitoring entrances, verifying credentials as required, and directing visitors and deliveries according to site procedures.
• Complete required reports such as shift activity logs and incident reports, and communicate pertinent information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license from the state in which the job is located is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Alarm Panel Experience is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
