Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver - Second Shift

Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Minnetonka, MN is a part‑time position where you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries, such as healthcare. This driving post requires a valid driver's license, and you will patrol assigned areas, support access points, and respond to security‑related concerns with professionalism and care. You will stay visible to discourage incidents, provide outstanding customer service, and bring agile, reliable, and innovative service through teamwork and integrity.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.48 / Hour

Day – 10:30 PM
Saturday – 10:30 PM
Sunday – 10:30 PM

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and help verify authorized entry of employees, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors in accordance with location protocols.
• Support daily operations by reporting hazards, assisting with directional questions, and escalating medical, fire, and/or security‑related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
