About the Role

We’re seeking a
professional, observant, and customer-focused Security Officer to join our DYNAMIC TEAM. In this role, you’ll help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our guests, associates, and hotel property while providing exceptional service.

Schedule: Part-Time | Overnight | 10:30 PM–6:30 AM | Friday & Saturday
Pay:$19.00 per hour

What’s Your MORE? What You’ll Do
  • Monitor hotel activity and help deter theft, vandalism, and other security concerns.
  • Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols of the hotel and property.
  • Monitor video surveillance and identify unusual or suspicious activity.
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies and security incidents.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed security, incident, and investigation records.
  • Support hotel management with security, loss prevention, key control, fire safety, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Conduct investigations related to incidents involving theft, loss, damage, accidents, or other concerns.
  • Work closely with hotel leadership and department heads to promote a safe, secure, and positive environment.
  • Assist with emergency procedures and ensure security and safety equipment is properly maintained and utilized.
  • Follow established procedures for cash handling, key control, chemical safety, employee safety, and other areas of loss prevention.
  • Provide professional and courteous service to guests and associates at all times.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous security experience in a hotel, hospitality, or similar environment preferred.
  • Current security officer registration/license as required by local regulations.
  • Strong observation, surveillance, critical-thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of applicable security, public safety, and emergency procedures.
  • First Aid/BLS and self‑defense training preferred.
  • Professional, calm, and confident approach when handling challenging situations.
  • Ability to work independently while also being an effective TEAM member.
  • Reliable and comfortable working overnight shifts.
