We are hiring full-time Construction Laborers / Equipment Operators to support our industry-leading rumble strip installation crews across the United States.

- Transport trucks and heavy machinery across state lines
- Operate rumble strip and other related equipment.
- Perform vehicle and equipment maintenance inspections, ensuring safety and optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with your team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Work independently with minimal supervision once trained.
- Occasionally interact with inspectors, engineers, and DOT personnel.
- Prioritize safety by adhering to job-specific protocols and wearing necessary PPE.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds with appropriate assistance/equipment.
- Requires one to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and reach with hands and arms. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time on pavement.
- Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, moving equipment and machinery parts, moving traffic, fumes, and airborne particles.
Preferred Experience:
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License REQUIRED.
- Proven mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to maintain equipment.
- Knowledge of safety practices related to heavy equipment operation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read a tape measure.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S. with overnight stays.
- Must take the initiative to build work relationships with your team and external customers.
- Must conduct yourself in a manner promoting a professional atmosphere by being a team player, self-motivated, organized and having a positive attitude.
- Must have good oral and/or written English communication skills with co-workers, customers, contractors, and engineers.
