1 Tom Plumber is bringing our growing, customer-focused plumbing company to Minnesota, and we're looking for talented Service Plumbers who want more than just another job.

$42-$47/hour + Service Commission

Every day is different. You'll diagnose problems, find solutions, and help customers get their homes or businesses back up and running.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Diagnosing and resolving sewer and drain problems
• Performing drain cleaning and sewer services
• Operating drain machines, snakes, hydro-jetters, and other professional equipment
• Performing sewer camera inspections and identifying problem areas
• Troubleshooting plumbing and drainage issues
• Recommending solutions and explaining your findings to customers
• Performing preventative maintenance and emergency services
• Completing accurate service documentation
• Maintaining company tools, equipment, and vehicles
• Following safety standards and applicable plumbing codes
• Working closely with dispatch and the rest of the team to provide an outstanding customer experience

We're looking for someone who is skilled, dependable, motivated, and takes pride in doing things the right way.

You may be a great fit if you have:

• 1+ years of experience in plumbing, drain cleaning, sewer service, or a related field
• Experience with drain machines, hydro-jetters, sewer cameras, or similar equipment
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of plumbing, sewer, and drainage systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• The ability to safely handle heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record

Licensed plumbers are encouraged to apply! Your plumbing experience can be a major asset in this role.
