Bigos Management's Regency Woods in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance to keep the property up to standards and compliant with laws. You will work with the Property Manager to ensure vacated apartments are rent-ready and repairs are completed promptly.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of maintenance experience in a residential setting, and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC
