CHOICE, a nonprofit serving people with intellectual disabilities, seeks a Life Enrichment Support Specialist for the STARS program. You will coach participants, plan and lead in-center and community activities, and support employment, transportation, and daily living goals.
This full-time role is in our Minnetonka centers, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with no evenings or weekends. You’ll work with a dedicated team to deliver person-centered supports, document progress, and help participants
