• Deliver key technical features for the team and contribute to project work related to building Agentic Workflows
• Enhance code quality through reviews and writing unit, integration, and acceptance tests
• Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance and maintainability
• Mentor and coach other software engineers while seeking mentorship from others
• Collaborate on team goal setting for software development to ensure continuous improvement and speed to delivery

• 3+ years of Enterprise Application Development experience
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor)
• Proficiency in common server software including Kafka, Elastic, Rabbit
  
  MQ, Vault, Redis, and MongoDB
• Proven experience designing and maintaining REST APIs using .NET, C#, Node.js, or comparable technology
• Proficiency in Web UI development with JavaScript/Type Script using modern frameworks such as React

• 5+ years of Enterprise Application Development experience
• Experience with cloud-specific technologies, particularly Azure for containerized and PaaS solutions
• Experience designing eventually consistent software systems
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field
• MCP or experience with building applications using cloud-hosted models like Azure Cognitive Services or Google VertexAI
