* Primary Responsibilities:

*
* + Perform all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, code development and testing

+ Help the teams improve efficiency, quality and speed of their development processes.

+ Rally entire cross-functional teams around major goals and initiatives.

+ Design and implement product features in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders. Design reusable components, frameworks and libraries

+ Work very closely with architecture groups and drive solutions

+ Participate in an Agile/Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software releases every 2 weeks through Sprints

+ Review code and provide feedback relative to best practices and improving performance

+ Troubleshoot production support issues post-deployment and come up with solutions as required

+ Design and Develop APIs/micro services in C#/.net core and UI in Angular or React

* Required Qualifications:

*
* + Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Operations Research, Finance, or a related field

+ 5+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering

+ 5+ year or professional experience in C# and .NET development

+ 5+ years of experience with unit/integration testing

+ 3+ years of professional experience building services or full stack applications using technologies such as FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, React, Angular, Type Script, and HTML/CSS

+ 3+ years of professional experience working with CI/CD deployment pipelines and Git-based source control workflows in a production software development environment

+ 3+ years of experience developing solutions hosted within public cloud providers such as Azure/AWS, etc.

+ 1+ year of AI coding tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Codex, or Claude Code

Experience with Kubernetes and Azure application hosting

+ Experience coaching, mentoring and developing staff including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities

The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
