Primary Objective of Positions:
Provide instruction and coaching services in a high quality gymnastics program for children ages 3 through 18, including preschool tumbling, beginner through intermediate, and/or MAGA pre-team and competition teams.

• Coach various skill levels and ages on floor, beam, vault, and bars; supervise participants.
• Help all children to develop to their full potential.
• Provide instruction according to the skills identified per class and feedback for improvement.
• Follow program curriculum, goals and guidelines.
• Ensure that all participants follow Minnetonka School District guidelines and code of conduct.
• Participate in coach training sessions.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

• Extensive background in gymnastics.
• Evidence of successful coaching experience, ability to teach fundamental gymnastics skills, and knowledge of spotting skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic, respectful attitude.
• Ability to relate well to children and teens as well as parents.
• Ability to work in a collaborative coaching atmosphere.
• Commitment to program’s high standards.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
