Parts Advisor; Union

Responsibilities

• Move and work with vehicles to maintain vehicle display and support vehicle sales activities.
• Deliver vehicles to sites and locations as required.
• Monitor tire pressure of vehicles; add air and fuel as needed.
• Recognize general vehicle repairs and/or building maintenance and notify management.
• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery.
• Prioritize vehicles that need to be prepped for delivery or washed based on general appearance.
• Assist the shuttle driver as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Maintain a professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Exhibit effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced work environment.
• Hold an acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

The range is $18.03 to $23.70. This is a performance‑driven position, eligible for short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off department and individual gross sales. Bonuses are based on parts gross achievement and manufacturer approval. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and location.
