The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will oversee the receiving and shipping of raw and finished goods that come into our warehouse You will create shipping tickets and purchase receipts in our domestic & international shipping systems You will assist with daily and weekly cycle counts of raw and finished goods in our warehouse Schedule Monday to Friday from 800 AM to 500 PM

• Receive and enter raw materials into Acumatica ERP system
• Identify customer raw materials from packing slips
• Move raw & finished materials to appropriate incoming and outgoing areas of warehouse
• Generate labelsinstructions and receiving records for customer service & financial invoices
• Prepares all shipping tickets and bill of loading for shipments
• Calls all trucking dispatches for scheduling pickups
• Receives all daily receipts by end of shift
• Prepares and processes all national and international shipping paperwork through UPS packaging system

• Assist & support shift coverage for our shift coverage for warehouse personnel as needed
• Load and unload freight that comes in daily into the warehouse
• Processes all incoming and outgoing raw and finished materials

• High school degree or GED
• Minimum of one year of shipping & receiving experience within a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Forklift Certification
