We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support our manufacturing and warehouse operations. In this role, you will help ensure materials are accurately received, stored, moved, and delivered to production areas while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities- Pull and stage materials for production, customer orders, and other warehouse requests.
- Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, high bay forklifts, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks while following quality and safety requirements.
- Receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming materials and shipments.
- Store materials in designated warehouse locations and maintain organized inventory.
- Support shipping and receiving activities, including preparing outbound shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse systems and computer software.
- Coordinate with production, planners, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time material delivery.
- Prepare and handle shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs).
- Follow DOT, hazardous material, and company safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience.
- At least 1 year of forklift operating experience.
- Minimum 6 months of cherry picker or high bay forklift experience.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
- Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and warehouse transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience using UPS World Ship, Fed Ex Ship Manager, or similar shipping software.
- Knowledge of Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentation.
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Familiarity with DOT, hazardous material handling, and safety regulations.
- Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems.
- Clean, organized, and safety-focused facility.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minnetonka, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
