Front Desk Receptionist

Pro-Motion Physical Therapy is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist (part-time) to help us provide exemplary care to our patients. We are looking for friendly and professional individuals with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Great organizational skills are a must!

• Greets patients as they arrive and when they leave their appointments
• Answer phones on a multi-line system and take detailed messages
• Collect and input all new patient details in the system
• Confirm new evaluations for the next day
• Printout of schedules for the next day
• Keep track of spreadsheets/logs - update spreadsheets
• Support daily clinic operations by managing laundry, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, returning therapy tools to their designated locations, setting up treatment rooms to ensure each patient is ready to be seen promptly (change fitted bed covers, pillow cases)

Because you'll be working with sensitive patient information, familiarity with HIPAA guidelines is important
