Accurate Personnel is seeking a resilient, high‑energy On‑Site Coordinator who excels when the stakes are high. This isn’t a standard 9‑to‑5 role; we need a warrior who can navigate the complexities of a fast‑paced warehouse environment, pivot instantly when priorities shift, and resolve workplace conflicts with professional poise.
Key Responsibilities & Adaptability- Expert Conflict Resolution:
Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving associate grievances, behavioral issues, and site‑level disputes. De‑escalate situations in real‑time while maintaining company standards. - Unmatched Availability:
This role requires a “whatever it takes” mindset. Be available for extended hours and overtime, often with little to no notice, to support our client’s changing production needs. - Agile Workforce Management:
Manage field employees (attendance, coaching, and terminations) in an environment where priorities can change by the hour. - Proactive Site Leadership:
Walk the floor at least 3× daily to identify potential safety or personnel issues before they expand. Monitor time‑clock usage for attendance and payroll. - Strategic Communication:
Act as the vital bridge between the client and Accurate leadership, providing transparent reporting even during high‑stress shifts.
- The "Flex" Factor:
Proven ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, especially when faced with last‑minute schedule changes or operational pivots. - Warehouse Veteran:
At least 1 year of experience in the warehouse or industrial staffing industry. Knowledge of GMPs is a plus. - Bilingual
Skills:
Fluency in English & Spanish is highly preferred to effectively communicate across a diverse workforce. - Reporting & Compliance:
Ability to create and edit spreadsheets, and work with Novatime or Timerack to support payroll. Support diversity and comply with EEO standards. - Decision Maker:
Strong ability to work independently and make firm, fair decisions on the fly.
