Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $61,800.00 to $.

Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills. In this role, the Operations Training Partner can deliver high‑quality training while overseeing trainer certification and supporting essential learning experiences. Using data to drive results, the Operations Training Partner elevates training effectiveness and adapts quickly as business needs evolve, staying confident and organized.

This role will partner closely with site leadership, frontline teams, and the Operations Support Training & Communications Team to solve problems and ensure training is standardized, measurable, and aligned with business goals. This role will be onsite at ILDC in Minooka, Il.

• Facilitate and deliver instructor-led and blended training sessions to supported business units, ensuring consistency and quality.

• Maintain accurate training records using learning management systems and operational systems; track participation and report on training outcomes.
