Position Summary
Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates). Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety. Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, distributing procedures, and maintaining supporting documentation.
Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns by listening, consulting with others when needed to determine corrective action or recommendations to resolve issues. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, supporting, and modeling policies and procedures. Identify training and development needs and participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates and leaders.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience.
