Description:
CNC Mill Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machining centers to produce precision metal parts. This role requires a strong understanding of CNC programming, blueprint reading, and shop measurement techniques to ensure high-quality production.
Job Task:
- Read & Interpret blueprints, production drawings, & computer data
- Download or modify computer programs
- Setup, calibrate & run CNC milling machines
- Maintain inventory of milling cutters, drills, & disposables for production requirements
- Conduct quality checks on products, ensuring adherence to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure smooth operation
