Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a QA Kitchen Lead to join our team in Minooka, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for leading the sanitation team and ensuring the facility, equipment, and production areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and quality. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment, and the ability to maintain compliance with sanitation and safety procedures.

Schedule, and Location
  • $25.00/hour
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Schedule TBD, must be flexible to many shifts
  • Located in Minooka, Illinois
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the sanitation team while maintaining a clean and sanitized facility.
  • Ensure all sanitation tasks are completed and documented according to the Master Sanitation Schedule.
  • Verify equipment is properly cleaned to meet food safety and quality standards.
  • Monitor cleanliness of production areas, break rooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas.
  • Identify and correct sanitation issues while promoting continuous improvement.
  • Conduct daily team meetings and enforce sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Ensure proper chemical handling, training, and safety compliance.
  • Communicate sanitation standards with team members and other departments.
  • Minimize equipment damage through training and accountability.
  • Complete required sanitation documentation and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
  • Previous sanitation leadership experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic math skills for chemical measurements and concentrations.
  • Ability to follow sanitation procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and work in refrigerated environments.
  • Flexible to work weekends, early mornings, overtime, and travel as needed.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to food safety and quality.
