Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, vendors, and staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, maintain visitor and delivery logs, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around loading areas, warehouse spaces, trailer yards, gates, and the perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.;
Support security-related operations by observing shipping and receiving activity, reporting unusual behavior or conditions, and following post orders related to access control and facility traffic flow.
