Provide customer service to all visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, process visitor and delivery access, and document activity related to shipments, trailers, and personnel movement.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and/or unusual activity according to post orders.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.;
Complete required reports, logs, and communication records to support security-related operations and help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruption.
