Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by following site‑specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, and assisting with entry and exit activity at the location.
• Monitor gates, doors, docks, and other controlled access points to help support authorized access, document visitor/vendor arrivals, and report unusual activity in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with professionalism, following post orders and emergency response activities while communicating clearly with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, shipping and receiving areas, trailer yards, and perimeter to help identify security‑related concerns and report maintenance and/or access issues.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and daily activity records related to access control, deliveries, inspections, and other security‑related procedures at a busy distribution location.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
