Security Officer - Entry Point Specialist

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a busy distribution location;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized access to docks, warehouses, offices, and other restricted areas;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, paying attention to trailer yards, shipping and receiving areas, parking areas, and other key operational spaces;
Support truck traffic and visitor processing by providing directions, maintaining accurate access logs, and reporting security-related concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel
