Security Officer - Access Assurance

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and team members by following site-specific procedures, screening access at entry points, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate;
Monitor and document the arrival and departure of employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers at a logistics and distribution location, helping to deter unauthorized access and unusual activity;
Verify credentials, issue visitor badges or passes, maintain access records, and communicate with site contacts regarding entry requests, restricted areas, and/or after-hours access;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocols and preparing clear, accurate reports;
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, trailer yards, and perimeter locations
