Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, screening visitors, vendors, and/or contractors, and directing people to the appropriate entry points within the location;
Monitor entrances, exits, badge activity, and/or visitor logs to help support authorized access and report unusual activity, policy concerns, and/or security-related issues to the appropriate contacts;
Respond to incidents, access denials, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and emergency response protocols for the location;
Conduct regular and random patrols around entry areas, shipping and receiving points, and the perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by location;
Assist with security-related documentation, badge issuance, key control, and/or incident reporting to help support daily operations in a manufacturing and industrial setting
