HIRING IMMEDIATELY: FORKLIFT OPERATOR IN MINOOKA, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Forklift Operator to join our team in Minooka, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for safely operating multiple types of forklifts to perform multiple tasks. The ideal candidate will possess 1 year of warehouse forklift experience, flexibility to work consistently 8hrs or 10hrs, ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs, and is reliable, punctual, and committed to a safe workplace.

• Starting at $16.00 – $19.00 / hour

• Versatile Operation:
  Safely operate multiple types of forklifts based on daily operational needs.
• High-Bay & Order Picking:
  Use EPJ for vertical storage and item retrieval.
• Loading/Unloading:
  Manage inbound/outbound freight using Sit-Down and Clamp attachments.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Adhere to all OSHA standards; conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections.
• Inventory Control:
  Use RF scanners to maintain accurate stock records.

• Experience:
  
  1 year of warehouse forklift experience.
• Shift Availability:
  Flexibility to work consistently 8hrs or 10hrs.
• Physical Readiness:
  Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Attitude:
