Forklift Operator / Driver – Minooka, IL

Ryder is hiring Forklift Operators in Minooka, Illinois, offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career you can feel good about.

• $21.63 per hour
• + $1.00 per hour when assigned to third shift
• Tuesday - Saturday 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 1 year of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work within a diverse work environment
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels and work within a diverse environment
• Highly thorough and dependable
• Must be punctual with a good attendance record
• Can work with minimal supervision

• Can lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Can stand for long periods
• Follows health and safety methods
• Flexible to work various shifts
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Operate within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Accurately pick, pack, audit, and stage products; load/unload trucks
• Handle day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing system during core shift hour of production
• Perform other duties as assigned
