Warehouse Lead

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: WAREHOUSE LEAD IN MINOOKA, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Lead to join our team in Minooka, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for leading daily warehouse operations, coordinating workflow, supporting team productivity, and ensuring safety, quality, and operational standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate will possess previous warehouse leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate a team while maintaining an organized and efficient work environment.

• Starting at $22.50/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 1st shift schedule available
• Located in Minooka, IL

• Lead and support daily warehouse operations and workflow
• Coordinate work assignments and prioritize daily tasks
• Monitor productivity and ensure quality standards are met
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment activities
• Train and mentor new warehouse associates
• Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures
• Communicate operational updates and resolve workflow issues with supervisors
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform hands-on warehouse duties as needed to support operations

• Previous warehouse lead, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred
• Warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
• Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Reliable attendance and transportation required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
