Human Potential Consultants (HPC) is hiring an Administrative Support Specialist in Minot, North Dakota.
This is a full-time, on-site position supporting the Military & Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) and the Air Force Transition Assistance Program (TAP).
This role supports service members and their families during important life and career transitions by helping maintain a professional, organized, and dependable office environment.

- Compensation: Based on experience
- Status: Contingent upon government contract award
- Providing front-desk support and greeting visitors professionally
- Answering and routing phone calls and general inquiries
- Preparing, reviewing, and proofreading routine correspondence and reports
- Entering, updating, and maintaining data in required systems
- Supporting scheduling, calendars, and administrative deadlines
- Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical records
- Assisting with office supply coordination and administrative workflow
- Supporting training materials, forms, and internal documentation
- Handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Following established procedures in a structured office environment

- At least 2 years of administrative, clerical, office support, or data entry experience OR equivalent education, training, or related experience

- Ability to work professionally with a wide range of people
- Attention to detail and comfort handling records and documentation accurately
- Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information appropriately
- Willingness to learn required systems, procedures, and reporting tools
- Ability to pass any required background screening and meet access requirements for the worksite
- Prior experience in a government, military, education, nonprofit, or structured administrative environment
- Familiarity with military communities, terminology, or Air Force support programs
