WHAT YOU GET FROM US:

As a Minot Automotive Company Technician Apprentice, you receive PAID training in areas such as fundamentals of electrical, electronic control systems, engine repair, automatic transmission, driveline, chassis, electrical and body systems, A/C, heating and diesel.

1. Start off learning vehicle systems through proprietary dealer training program. Mentor side by side with highly skilled technicians on the job.

2. Move through the ranks, mentoring side by side with top technicians. Learn how to complete digital multi point inspections, check and adjust fluids, look up service procedures, perform under body inspections, recommend maintenance items, create estimates for service work and perform basic factory required maintenance. Variety! Work on a variety of vehicles including all makes and models, gas, hybrid, electric and diesel.
