* ** Role Overview:
** A seasonal Operations Support Representative is a hands-on support role that assists with day-to-day branch operations across multiple functional areas. This position works collaboratively with team members to support operational efficiency, safety, and customer service, particularly during peak seasonal periods.

** A Sample of What You'll Do in t his Role:*
* * Assist Support daily operations including warehouse, seed, inventory, and fertilizer activities    
* Assist with seed treatments, product handling, and order fulfillment
* Support inventory control, product intake, and monitoring processes
* Assist with dispatching, logistics, and shipping documentation
* Utilize systems such as JD Edwards for order processing, shipping papers, and invoicing
* Support liquid fertilizer operations as needed
* Participate in EHSS, DOT, and process training to support regulatory compliance
* Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals     
** What You Bring to t he Role:*
* * 1+ years of related operations or agricultural experience
* Knowledge of agricultural operations preferred
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
* Willingness to work extended hours during busy seasons
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Class A CDL preferred but not required

** Compensation and Benefits:*
* * The base compensation for this position ranges from $15.10 to $20.16 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
