Make a difference. As a Branch Supervisor, you will build new and strengthen existing customer relationships by promoting the Company's products and services to maximize sales and gross margin.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain counter area through effective inventory management and strategic product placement
  • Ensure customer service commensurate with market requirements and Company's customer service policy
  • Achieve market penetration to meet branch, district, and Company objectives
  • Provide or establish training plan for all employees at location
  • Schedule, plan, and implement promotional activities in conjunction with suppliers
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience required:
    Some business experience in sales, operations, service, management, or finance
  • 4+ years of experience preferred:
    Past supervisory or management experience in sales, operations, service, management, or finance positions
  • 4 year degree preferred:
    Business, management, administration, or finance
  • Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
  • Ability to interface with all levels of both external (customers and suppliers) and internal (employees and management) customers
  • Ability to manage, motivate, and influence others to achieve the branch's established objectives
  • Some travel required
Compensation

The expected starting rate of pay for this position is $70,000 annually, depending on experience. This position is also incentive eligible, based on specific and relevant business metrics.
