• Entry-level:
  On-the-job training provided
• Intermediate/Advanced: 2,000–3,000 hours of relevant experience for higher levels
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• OSHA 10 safety training required (within 30 days of hire for entry/intermediate; prior to promotion for advanced)
• Valid state driver’s license required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Frequent travel to remote sites and occasional overtime/weekend work
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds and push/pull 50-pound loads
• Manual dexterity for hand and power tools
• Must wear required PPE at all times
