As a Full‑Time Construction Estimator at Ackerman-Estvold Construction Management, you'll play a pivotal role in preparing precise cost estimates for construction projects, encompassing labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses. Your analytical skills will shine as you assess project plans and specifications to determine feasibility and scope. Collaborating with vendors and suppliers, you'll negotiate competitive pricing for cost‑effective procurement. Utilizing estimating software, you'll develop comprehensive cost reports and proposals, with a strong focus on digital record‑keeping and professional communication, you'll facilitate efficient project coordination among stakeholders.

• Strong educational background, ideally with an associate degree in construction technology or a bachelor's degree in construction management.
