Schedule:

Full-Time, Onsite in Minot, ND
Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services
Review construction plans, specifications, drawings, and bid documents
Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analyses
Obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
Develop project budgets, cost reports, and competitive proposals
Support preconstruction planning, scheduling, and procurement activities
Collaborate with project managers, field teams, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions
Utilize estimating software and project management tools to support project execution
Associate degree in Construction Technology, Construction Engineering Technology, or related field preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred
3-5 years of construction estimating experience required
Experience reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents
Proficiency with construction estimating software and project management systems
Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously
