Weekend Event Staff

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong conflict management skills and a background in customer service, with an emphasis on event management. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in dynamic environments,

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about services and events.
• Manage guest inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash/card transactions accurately.
• Support the organization of events by coordinating logistics and assisting with setup and breakdown (must be able to lift 80 lbs).
• Monitor facility usage to maintain safety and high-quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or needs promptly.
• Engage with children and families to create a welcoming atmosphere, especially during events aimed at younger audiences.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest experiences through teamwork and communication.

• Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred.
• Strong conflict management skills to effectively handle challenging situations.
• Experience in cash/card handling and financial transactions is a plus.
• Background in events management or hospitality is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with towing;
  Ideal to have a pick-up truck, but not required.
• Driver's License is required.
• Able to lift 80 lbs, loading and unloading equipment (bouncy castles, mini golf set, etc.).
• Experience working with children is an asset, particularly in recreational settings.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are crucial for success in this role.
• Ideally motivated in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
