Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships throughout the sales process while supporting current accounts.
- Oversee customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all levels of accounts.
- Strengthen customer relationships and assist the team with warehouse operations.
- Provide front‑desk service: answer phones, greet visitors, and handle administrative requests.
- Maintain accurate customer data in organization databases.
- Handle multiple administrative tasks simultaneously with strong time‑management skills.
- Remain calm and professional while working under pressure.
- 1 to 3 years of prior customer service, front desk, or administrative experience.
- Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets).
- Comfort using multi‑line phone systems, fax machines, and printers.
- Detail‑oriented with strong time‑management skills.
- Ability to input customer data accurately into organization databases.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
