Westlie Ford is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our Service Department as a Full-Time Service Cashier.

If you enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you! Automotive dealership experience is preferred, but we're willing to consider candidates with exceptional customer service and administrative skills.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Some Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Closed Sundays

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude
• Review service invoices and process customer payments
• Schedule service appointments
• Answering incoming phone calls
• File paperwork and maintain organized records
• Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties
• Provide exceptional customer service to every guest

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Automotive dealership experience is preferred
