Kevin's Plumbing & Heating is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Dispatcher to join our team.
Responsibilities include:- Scheduling and setting up service work orders
- Following up with customers after service calls
- Ordering parts and tracking deliveries
- Checking in parts and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating with technicians and office staff
- Providing excellent customer service by phone and in person
- Strong communication and customer service skills are a must
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
- Software Field Edge and Quick Books
- Experience in dispatching, customer service, or the plumbing/HVAC industry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
- Company-paid single health insurance
