Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a growing Architecture, Engineering, and Consulting firm in the Minot, ND area, is seeking an experienced Project Architect to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of commercial, higher education, mixed-use, and historic renovation projects while leading projects from concept through construction.

Pay: $34.00 - $52.00 per hour DOE

Location: Minot, ND

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday

• Lead architectural projects from client engagement through construction completion.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and overall project performance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop conceptual designs and prepare construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Oversee construction administration and monitor projects during construction.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Mentor and support junior architectural staff.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

• Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Architect or ability to obtain licensure in North Dakota.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive architectural design and project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, construction materials, specifications, and building codes.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with architectural design and visualization software.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
