This Emerging Talent Program for Field Engineers lasts approximately 36 months and guides recent graduates through career‑shaping experiences helping clients locate and produce energy more efficiently.

• Coordinating with crew members to deploy tools and services, including liaison with customers and shore‑based Operations Managers.
• Participating in finding solutions to complex technical problems through hands‑on work at the work site.
• Preparing, documenting, and receiving outbound and inbound equipment and products.
• Providing support for tenders, including data analysis and cost estimates, as well as performing invoicing activities.
• Engaging in job shadowing opportunities to develop a holistic understanding of the business.

• Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (all fields), Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences, or similar within the last 36 months.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or temporary resident). No employment sponsorship required now or in the future.
• Good interpersonal skills, aptitude for teamwork, and ability to guide others.
• Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, numerical skills, data analysis, and project management abilities.

The hourly rate for this position is $22.50 USD. Baker Hughes pays for all hours worked. The annualized minimum earnings of regular and overtime pay equal at least $90,675.00.
