Cornerstone Bank is looking for a full-time Personal Banker to join our professional team in Minot. This candidate is responsible for performing the duties of a Personal Banker and assisting other Personal Bankers in performing their roles. The incumbent will provide support including collateral perfection and tracking, monitoring, tickler resolution, and other duties necessary to assist in providing timely loan closings, account openings and ongoing monitoring support.

In addition, this position will take walk‑in bank traffic for loan and deposit needs using a customer‑focused needs‑based approach to educate clients about banking options.

• Excellent customer service skills

• Skill in performing typical financial transactions

High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of bank or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
