The responsibilities of this position include answering the phone and assisting the customer with transferring funds, troubleshooting, helping with online banking, providing bank policies and procedures, and transferring calls to other people in the bank when requested. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service while assisting them with their everyday banking needs over the phone.

• Ability to prioritize and make on-the-spot decisions regarding customer transactions, weighing customer satisfaction issues with Bank exposure to loss or fraud
• Skill in performing typical financial transactions and teller functions accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure

High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of bank or related experience, call center experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
