Position Summary:
The Clinic Offices Manager oversees the daily operations, staffing, workflows, and overall performance of assigned clinic departments. This role ensures efficient, organized clinic functions while supporting high standards of customer service and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Providing leadership for clinic staff, the manager supports budget oversight, performance improvement initiatives, and effective resource utilization. Working collaboratively with clinical and administrative leaders, the position helps foster a positive patient and employee experience across assigned clinic locations within a structured and team-oriented environment.
- Manage daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflows, adequate staffing, and consistent service delivery.
- Hire, train, evaluate, and support staff while promoting professional development and maintaining accountability.
- Monitor compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and performance expectations, addressing issues promptly.
- Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and administrative processes to ensure an optimal patient experience.
- Review and manage budgets, staffing levels, and performance metrics to meet established goals and improve outcomes.
- Lead and support process improvement initiatives that enhance clinic operations, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.

Required:
None - Educational Requirements:
Two years academic college or university, preferred. - Experience Requirements:
Proven experience in a management position or inhouse training, required. Experience in healthcare is a plus. - Proficiency with computer systems required. Medical terminology knowledge preferred. Familiarity with appointment scheduling software is advantageous.
- Special Skills or Training Requirements:
Strong leadership and teambuilding skills. Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Strong problem solving abilities and customer service orientation. Knowledge of privacy and confidentiality standards (HIPAA or similar) and adherence to those policies. - Physical Requirements:
Work may require extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking within clinic environments. Regular use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment is expected. Occasional lifting of office supplies or materials may be necessary. The position requires the ability to move between multiple clinic locations as needed. - Environmental Requirements:
Work is performed in an office and clinic setting with moderate noise levels and frequent interaction with staff, patients, and providers. Exposure to typical clinic environmental conditions may occur. The role requires adherence to safety, confidentiality, and infection control policies, including HIPAA and organizational standards.
