Weekly Pay Package:

W2 Wage (RT+OT based on expected hrs): $2,184.00

Nontaxable Weekly Per Diem: $1,246.00

Total Weekly Gross Pay Package: $3,430.00

Job Description:

• License: Active North Dakota RN license or Compact RN license required (Full NURSYS report required at submission)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years recent Level II Trauma Center ER experience required; recent travel experience required
• EMR: Cerner experience strongly preferred
• Provides direct emergency nursing care to patients across all acuity levels in a Level II Trauma Center
• Performs rapid assessments, triage, and prioritization of care for emergent and critical patients
• Administers medications, initiates IVs, and performs emergency interventions per protocol
  
  Monitors patient status, recognizes changes in condition, and escalates care appropriately
• Assists with trauma activations and emergency procedures
• Documents patient care accurately and timely per hospital standards

• No on-call requirement
• 50-mile radius rule – no local candidates
• Submission must include resume, ER skills checklist, and proof of licensure (Full NURSYS report)
