PROGRAM SUPPORT AIDE – SWING SHIFT

Full-Time | Evenings and some Weekends Required

$21/hour

Providence House is seeking a Program Support Aide to support afternoon and evening operations within a structured residential substance use treatment facility serving women.

This role plays a key part in maintaining structure during high-activity hours, supporting program transitions, reinforcing facility expectations, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.

Swing shift requires flexibility, strong interpersonal regulation, and comfort addressing minor behavioral issues in real time.

• Support afternoon and evening program schedules
• Reinforce facility rules and behavioral expectations
• Maintain professional boundaries at all times
• Address behavioral issues promptly and escale when necessary

• Conduct room checks and facility checks
• Assist with medication observation per policy
• Conduct UA testing, breathalyzer testing, and searches as required
• Monitor resident compliance with program guidelines

• Complete shift documentation accurately and on time
• Document incidents, observations, and behavioral changes
• Maintain strict confidentiality under 42 CFR Part 2
• Ensure adherence to facility policies and licensing standards

• Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to enforce structure respectfully and consistently
• Comfortable working in a behavioral health environment
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

• $21/hour
• Advancement pathway into Lead Support or clinical support roles
