Overview
We are seeking a Lead Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based setting to oversee and support therapy teams, including telehealth providers.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans to meet IEP goals.
- Lead and supervise therapy sessions, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and educators.
- Mentor and train therapists and staff, participate in hiring and reviews, and ensure high standards of care.
- Maintain detailed documentation, stay current with industry advancements, and foster strong relationships with school districts.
- Drive program expansion by establishing new district partnerships.
Requirements:
Valid licensure, ASHA CCCs, pediatric and telehealth experience, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.
