Seeking a Network Field Technician with 6+ years of experience supporting Cisco networking and fiber infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with routing, switching, cabling, racking/stacking, IMAC activities, and troubleshooting network devices. Responsibilities include responding to Service Now tickets, installing and maintaining network equipment, fiber and copper cabling, patching, switch port identification, DNS/ping testing, and providing smart hands support for LAN, Wi‑Fi, IP Telephony, firewalls, and telecom infrastructure.

Experience with Cisco hardware, fiber optics, and onsite network support is required. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
